The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the staff was not welcoming or friendly, and it felt as if they were not happy to have us there.

It’s a short distance to the city center and the view from some rooms is very tranquil. the rooms are spacious, and while some might need refreshing, they are clean and comfortable. the staff is welcoming and helpful. In-room WiFi is free and strong enough to stream videos.

The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing to keep out noise from the street or other hotel guests.
